RD Barbara Silberman, BS, MA is a Registered Dietician and Certified Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition from NYU. Ms Silberman has been an associate to Dr. Jhangiani at Change Health Care Services since 1998 and has expertise in nutrition, meal planning, cooking and related subjects. She is a popular lecturer at Senior Citizen Community Groups. |

| Ms. Silberman lived in Europe for several years where she was a frequent speaker at Conferences in Switzerland and Germany. Ms. Silberman was the Chairperson of the American-European Dietetic Association Conference. She has been also for the past three years, and continues to be the Dietary Director at a 205 bed Skilled Nursing and Extended Care Facility. |
