Calculate your Body-Mass Index

Body Mass Index("BMI") measures weight in relation to height. Health risk increases at higher levels of BMI. In other words, the higher the BMI, the higher the health risk.

BMI from 18 to 25 refers to healthy weight. People with BMIs between 19 and 22 live longest. BMI greater than 25 and less than 29.9 is considered overweight, and a BMI of 30 or more is indicative of obesity.
