About Stephen Britton
Stephen Britton is a freelance website and multimedia developer. He is responsible
for the Change Health Care Services website and has been involved with the
Internet since the birth of the World Wide Web in late 1993 and has consulted
on Internet projects for numerous companies including General Electric,
Actmedia (now NewsCorp), and IBM (DB2 demo).
From 1999 to 2001, Stephen served as a senior web designer\interface developer
for Franklin Health Inc., where he worked on projects ranging from designing
the interface for Complex Case Management, a web-based program used to track
critical care patients as well as creating content and designing for PersonalPath.com,
a large consumer medical website.
He received his BA in communications from Pace University, and is an A+
certified computer technician. He is active with the Westchester PC Users
